We want to do all we can to make your visit to Grace Church a positive one. Our prayer is that you would feel welcome and find a new home with us. People of all ages enjoy our services. They are alive, energetic and refreshing. Following is some information that we think you will find helpful:
Service Times
Our Sunday morning services are at 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. During the summer and on special occasions, we have just one service, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Please see This Week at a Glance for this week's service time. Location
Grace Church is located on 416 E 2nd Street in New Glarus (see Map & Directions).
Parking
When you arrive at Grace Church, parking is located on the streets surrounding the church. The parking spots directly in front are handicap parking.
Food Ministry
Coffee, other refreshments and snacks are available before and after each service in the foyer of the church.
Children's and Youth Ministry
Our Ministry for Children (pre-teen) is available during both Sunday services. Elevate Youth Ministry for 6th through 12th graders meets on Wednesday nights at 7:00 p.m.
Anchor Groups
Anchor groups for adults meet on various days of the week. New anchor groups are generally announced at the beginning of each fall, winter and spring.
Examples of our on-going anchor groups include our Men's Ministry, Women's Ministry, Roots (for Young Adults), Prayer Ministry and Celebrate Recovery. Many other small groups meet on a specific topic for one season. In addition to the specific learning objectives of the groups, we are given the opportunity to get to know one another better.
Grace Church recently formed Grace Outreach to develop ideas for action plans to meet the physical and spiritual needs of people. As a first step, we maintain a food pantry on the church's second floor to serve the needs of those in the local community. Grace members contribute to the pantry the first Sunday of each month with items that are in short supply.
