“And so, dear brothers and
sisters, I plead with you to give your bodies to God because of all he has done
for you. Let them be a living and holy
sacrifice – the kind he will find acceptable. This is truly the way to worship him.” (Rom 12:1, NLT)
At Grace Church, we consider our worship time together to be
most important in helping members experience the power of God's presence.
People from different backgrounds and generations join as one to worship as a
family. Through corporate worship, we become refreshed and realigned, preparing
ourselves in our relationships and activities to carry the joy, hope, and life
found in God’s presence.
“Worship” encompasses our entire Sunday service. It unites the congregation in praise and worship of our Savior and prepares us to hear God’s Word. Beyond singing, it includes our greetings to
one another, testimonies of how God has worked in one another’s lives, the weekly
message, communion, and chatting around a
generous table of food and coffee.
